While buying a house, we all go to the top of the list of things we want to check out. But seldom we know that after investing in a property, only a few left with an extra budget to spend on the things we want in our home.

Few tips which might be helpful in making your home look luxurious at very affordable pricing:

    1. BRIGHT COLOR WALLS

Be consistent with the color scheme of your house. Color plays a very important role in deciding the overall look and feel of the house. Keep the walls of your home bright and comfortable. Bright colors will enhance the natural light and provide a clean and fresh feel to the room.

    2. FURNITURE TONE

While choosing the furniture for your home, go with the wooden tone for your living room furniture as it provides an authentic and rich look in comparison with the ever-changing feel of steel/aluminum material. Or decide to go with leather/velvet upholstery to add to the luxurious feel of your apartment. One needs to be smart while investing in the furniture as it is the most important element which will make your affordable apartment look luxurious.

    3.     COORDINATE BUT NOT MATCH

If you find a couch you love, go for buying only the couch and not the entire set. Matching chairs and couch look good but do not guarantee a beautiful look for your home. Choose the couch and shop for chairs that don’t match but complement the couch. Coordinated things provide a better luxurious & high-end feel then going for all things that match.

    4.    WALL ART

It’s crazy to know how only a photo on the wall or the vase placed at the corner of the room can brighten the entire look of the home and make it look rich and high end.  The placement of the painting along with its size and number of art pieces will determine the overall look and feel of the room.  Picking up the art with black, gold or silver framing can make it look coordinated irrespective of the theme of the wall arts.

    5.    WOODEN FLOORING

Ditch the normal tile flooring and add a touch of wood to your home. Wooden Flooring adds to the aesthetics of your home and goes well with the bright colored walls. If you can not do this, you can also use it with wooden flooring, which is water, moisture and dust proof and can be used with sponge.
