Dr Niranjan Hiranandani is the Founder Chairman and Managing Director of Hiranandani Communities. He is a doctorate in Management with a bachelor's degree in Commerce from Mumbai University and F.C.A from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is often referred to as 'Builder Extraordinaire' or 'The Real Estate Czar' for his vision, extraordinary brilliance and qualities as a builder, perfectionist attitude, and an untiring zest for excellence.

His immense knowledge in real estate and contribution to the sector has earned him the reputed position of the National President of NAREDCO (National Real Estate Development Council) that operates under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India. Moreover, he also represents the apex industry body ASSOCHAM as its President.

Having started his career with a textile weaving unit, he eventually forayed into the real estate sector, which at that time was not considered a 'clean' industry. Despite initial setbacks and dreaming of an unconventional vision, he eventually redefined the real estate industry through astonishing township projects, accredited with beautifying skylines in Powai and Thane, with Panvel, Chennai, Ahmedabad and Pune set to follow.

Mr. Darshan Hiranandani is responsible for taking the legacy of Hiranandani Communities from domestic to international arena. He has a Master's in Business Administration specializing in Entrepreneurship and Finance along with B.S. specializing in Management Information System from Rochester Institute of Technology, New York.

He started his professional career pioneering the development of 23 Marina, a 90 storey, 400m residential 'supertall' tower in Dubai, world's tallest residential tower at that time. The tower generated more than US $250 million in revenue and brought international acclaim by successfully delivering the landmark project.

He envisions meeting the country's power requirements and contributing to its economic growth through the energy business, in which he has led investments in environment-friendly and futuristic technologies.

He is actively involved in the SEZ development programmes and has led the implementation of high-technology international standards in the Hiranandani Hospital (Powai), winner of the Ramakrishna Bajaj Award for India's best hospital.

He is the winner of Asia Pacific Quality Organisation Global Performance Excellence Best in Class Award - 2016.

Mr. N Shridhar is a post-graduate in Management from Mumbai University, and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (London), the Chartered Global Management Accountants and the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.

He has expertise across various facets of operations, strategy and finance, including Mergers and Acquisitions, raising capital, IPOs, and enhancing effectiveness and operational efficiencies.

He possesses sound knowledge and understanding of industries and market dynamics. He has played leadership roles across Business, Operations and Finance for FMCG, Financial Services, Realty, and Hospitality companies, directing their strategy and business model towards maximising value and profitable growth. His past associations include Asian Paints, Unilever Group at Pond's India, Coca-Cola, and Britannia.

He mentors numerous entrepreneurs, including those in Bengaluru as part of the National Entrepreneurship Network, and invests in start-ups through the social impact investment platform of Pegasus. He is the Independent Director of the Director's Club, a programme certification from KPMG, Board Evaluation Committee, UK, and SP Jain. He has strong relationships with high net worth individuals, merchant bankers, lawyers, regulatory agencies, accounting and auditing firms, banks and institutional investors.
